We have a dishwasher.
We have automatic sprinklers.

It appears you are minimizing the intense effort required to actually load the dishes into the appliance.
Sheesh.
The dishes were already loaded by the dirty-dish fairy. He pressed a button. But nice try.
Admittedly I was impressed with the effort made to think of 'effortless' tasks to commit to. They both know that if I want something done, all I need to do is raise an eyebrow. They are good kids. They have no choice. :)
